Fixed messed up dictionaries.
...
1) In english, we have the following:
- Delivery model class shown in japanese
- Server, Person and Subnet additional tabs shown in french
- Known errors menus shown in french
2) In ? we have the Attachments in german (but it is ok in english, for my installation...)
