bec5e250a5 N°5472 Notification Action objects : add a last executions tab (#549) 
This tab is an ajax tab (deferred on demand loading)
The tab will display the last EventNotification for this action. Number of objects displayed is based on the new `notifications.last_executions_days` config parameter (default to 61 days, can be set to 0 for no limit)

6b32be0899 N°5216 Fix invalid message-id when sending notification using cron on system with a specific locale set (#297) 
The timestamp used was indeed locale dependent.
This commit fixes this behavior by removing the locale dependency using a better printf format (see https://www.php.net/manual/fr/function.sprintf.php)

396c4564b4 HTML formatting: TWO fixes in one! Fixed a bug introduced in 2.3.0-beta: the stylesheet cannot be defined within the email templates (aka ActionEmail) anymore. Instead, a default (ready for use) stylesheet is provided into /css/email.css and it can be overriden by the configuration parameter email_css. The fix consists in transforming the stylesheet into inline style... which fixes a limitation of gmail and Outlook that support only the inline styles. The implementation relies on a new library: emogrifier. This library has been changed (home-made utility) to be compatible with PHP 5.3 (declaration of arrays).
