Was including paths fragments.
Example :
<product scope="datamodels">C:\Dev\wamp64\www\itop-dev\.make\license/../..//datamodels/2.x/authent-cas/vendor/apereo/phpcas</product>
Instead of :
<product scope="datamodels">apereo/phpcas</product>
