#185 Navigation Breadcrumb - Beta version

Browse Source 
- Any page has a breadcrumb (except if POST and a number of pages like "new object")
- Added Home + Menu buttons showed when the left pane is closed
- Configuration: breadcrumb.max_count (0 to disable)
